Bought a tent, carpet and ground sheet from Khyam a few weeks back and inadverntanly ordered the wrong item. I noticed immediatley and emailed them, also had a phone conversation and they couldnt have been any more helpfull. Reimbersed the original transacation and the equipment was delivered a couple of days later, can t fault the customer service, and delivery time, hugely apprericted. We havnt stayed in the tent yet, but have errected it. I noticed that the material seemed a lot better quality than other brands Ive had in the past, really please with it, would highly recommend.
Great combo, cannot wait to use it in the Spring.
