Please give as much information as you can, order numbers, contact details, and descriptions of your issue. Photos of any damage or faults are especially helpful, and help to get your issue resolved more quickly.
We will get back to you as soon as we can to resolve your issue and/or arrange your return.
Please note:
Any items being returned for exchange / inspection / testing - should be in the original packaging. If you no longer have the original packing, it is your responsibility to ensure the product is adequately protected and secure for courier transport.
Transit damage other than during original purchase delivery, is not covered by the guarantee.
