All you need to know about receiving your goods

We want Khyam Tents and Awnings to be available to all no matter where you are. So we provide affordable, convenient and quick delivery.
We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible and items are sent out shortly after receiving your order. There may however be occasions - such as during large sales where there is a delay in processing orders.

UK Mainland Free Delivery

Mainland UK Orders over £500, qualify for free shipping.
Dispatched with FedEx (other couriers may be used) and would usually be delivered within 3–4 days.

UK Standard Delivery

Mainland UK Orders that don't meet the £500 to qualify for Free Delivery are charged for on a per item basis @ £15.00 per item.
Dispatched with FedEx (other couriers may be used) and would usually be delivered within 3–4 days.

-Orders placed before 2pm Mon-Fri (excluding Bank Holidays) will be dispatched the same day.
-Tracking will be uploaded to your order as soon as dispatched and emailed to you.
-Deliveries may be split between couriers or multiple parcels, depending on where the goods are being dispatched from.
-Please note that we will always aim to process orders as quickly as possible, however once the order is with the courier, we are not able to give a guarantee on delivery times.
