Khyam Rapidex Frame systems are backed by a comprehensive lifetime guarantee, protecting your investment in premium outdoor shelter equipment. This guarantee covers defects in materials and workmanship, ensuring your poles remain reliable through years of camping adventures.

The frame of a tent is like the bones in our body and represent the most important part in standing. Made either of robust "solid" fibre-glass or Aircraft grade "lightweight alluminium" the poles are joined by super strength nylon moulded joints.

Khyam has been manufacturing this patented system for nearly forty years. Subject to damage from outside factors the lifetime coverage reflects our confidence in Rapidex engineering and durability.

It is essential however that a spare pole(s) are ordered at the time of purchase as damage in the field requires rapid solution to which we are unable to assist. Any consequential damage or consequential costs are not covered by this guarantee. Broken or damaged poles can be easily replaced in situ, and when it´s more convenient Khyam will replace foc the broken pole or part.
