Building upon the continued success of the Khyam Biker Plus, the Khyam Biker Plus Special Edition has been designed to provide a brilliant touring experience with an enhanced height for extra headroom and a sewn in Groundsheet. New features include a front mesh secondary mesh door and a darker colour way for those later morning lie ins.
We have reduced the panoramic front porch windows with internal privacy curtains from 5 to 2 in order to reduce weight and pack size.
The Biker Plus S.E. has been designed to be just the right size for the back of a motorbike and with the unique Khyam Rapidex™ Quick Erect System, whereby all poles remain sewn into the flysheet and can simply be clicked into place in a matter of seconds.The tried and tested Rapidex™ System uses strong, solid fibreglass poles and durable, hard wearing nylon auto joints.
This 3-man tent is ideal for short and long motorbiking tours, festivals, and any occasion where you need a reliable tent that can be pitched within 2 minutes! (with a little practice)
The extended front porch provides plenty of storage space. The detachable inner-tent is created using breathable polyester to allow for a comfortable atmosphere throughout the night, preventing condensation build up. The inner-tent has a waterproof sewn-in groundsheet for added protection against those pesky insects, with ample room for 3 adults. A brilliant feature on the inner-tent is the pockets for storage of your items.
A separate SPS Groundsheet is available to purchase to cover the whole area of the Biker Plus SE. As this is an added extra it doesn’t come included with the purchase of just the tent, but it’s worth it as it will help to keep the sewn in groundsheet clean and prolong the life of the tent.
The Biker Plus S.E. benefits from using the Khyam commissioned WeatherWeave Pro Flysheet with taped seams, and additional polyurethane coating ensures excellent hydrostatic performance.
