Built to Withstand the British Weather
Wrapped in Weatherweave Pro 6,000 fabric — 150 Denier Polyester with a 6,000mm Hydrostatic Head — the Delamere 5.0 laughs in the face of heavy rain and blustery conditions. Gothic Arch-shaped air tubes maximise internal volume and structural strength, while pre-attached double-peg storm straps in all four corners keep everything anchored when the wind picks up.

The Khyam Airtek Delamere 5.0 is the new benchmark in luxury 5 man tents. It offers the ultimate in camping accommodation for up to 5 people although only 1 person is needed to erect this tent. With our ‘Precision Pitch’, it isn’t hard to get the perfect pitch…….every time.
Experience incredible comfort and spaciousness with this inflatable tent. The generously sized, 3+2 configuration includes a King-size and Queen-size inner tent, separated by convenient zipped dividers. If desired, all rooms can be combined into one larger room. Plus, the "Sleep Easy+" feature from Khyam provides the ultimate in relaxation with ultra-darkened bedrooms/outer-flysheet. With low level vents on each side of the inners and a large, rear zipped vent, this tent offers ample airflow and ventilation that can be sealed when needed.
With a very generous living area (with a fully sewn in groundsheet) that has a massive head-height of 230cm (7.5 foot), giving you that spacious feel and features a huge sun roof with zipped curtains. Also available are our sliding rooflines, perfect to be in place in hot weather and can easily be slid to the side in the evening when star gazing through that huge window. Thinking ahead, we have added storage pockets on the air tubes as well as the inner tent, meaning there are 12 storage pockets already installed. The living area is further enhanced by a fully removable front dual panel, opening up the entire front section of this inflatable family tent with porch. [1st panel is a waterproof panel with door and windows, 2nd panel is a mesh panel with mesh door - this panel also zips directly to the fold flat groundsheet]

We’re really happy with this tent. It’s has a nice quality fabric, lots of storage packets, zip curtains that tuck away, nice strong mesh curtains, inflatable tubes that can be pumped up inside or outside, nice dark inner bedroom, and high vis guy ropes. For a 5 berth, it’s very spacious and has plenty of space for us and our kids. We have been out on a few trips now with no snags or tears anywhere.
It’s also very versatile. We have purchased the side pod which we use as a toilet and the front porch cover. We leave these items on when we pack it away and it all still fits into the main bag. We have just purchased the sun shade which zips onto the front of the porch and offers a decent sized covered area.
Lastly, Nigel has been super helpful in assisting us with my questions.
Bought this Delamere 5 tent back in October 2025 but unable to review untill now as just using for the first time . A fabulous tent and more than happy with quality of tent and extras I purchased had one or two issues putting it up but phoned Nigel at Khyam and got to say very pleasant and so help over the phone to correct a couple of issues I had putting it up . Yes this tent is a little bulky and quiet heavy but worth the inconvenience of these issues for the quality , comfort and peace of mind in poor weather.
This is our 2nd khyam tent and wouldn't purchase any other brand
Over the last 9 months sent one or two emails and called Nigel a few times at Khyam and his swift replies and knowledge has been Excellent
A good tent, ample room and well designed. Huge bag.. and very heavy. 2nd time use now but I'm still struggling with putting it up and packing it away, I think the lack of instructions in the bag (like every other manufacturer) are annoying. I know I can download it but why not just include it in the bag. Especially given most of the time you have last put it up a year ago 😂
I also originally ordered and got told I would get a roof liner at a reduced price but it wasn't available, I chased for a response a few times but never heard back. This was disappointing, seeing that until I bought it Nigel was straight on the phone to help me buy the thing and the customer service was incredible.
All in, a great tent, perfect for families but I'm a bit miffed at never getting the promised product.

Hi. I love the tent it’s amazing and very spacious. Easy to put up on my own (single female). I love the little details like the handles to open the roof curtains and the plastic covers over the zips. The only thing was the bag was badly damaged. I have been talking to Nige about this to get a new one. Problem is, I am on my own and cannot get it back in the bag - rolled it 4 times! The man on the site had to help. I have asked Nige is there anyway I can have an 8 size bag instead of the 5. Lots of people on the site came to see it, a few came in. Some have taken the name etc, told them it’s in the same atm.
I’ve had two Khyam quick erect tents over the last 30 years and they were excellent so I was pleased to purchase this one, the Delamere 5.0 inflatable tent with accessories. I put it up a two weeks ago and it was impressive. The size, height and light were great and the tent was easy to put up I did it myself. I really noticed the high quality materials, even zippers with plastic covers. The amount of light was surprising and the bedrooms were dark. The front enclosure made a huge difference. Looking forward to my first trip. Great to buy high quality British products, please to see Khyam still in the market and the support to all my questions was outstanding- thank you Nigel.
