Product Collections

Returning Goods – 60 day return:

  1. If you are returning your product(s) for a refund, we will ONLY collect goods if it/they is/are in its/their original packaging. If the products(s) is/are not in a box or suitable packaging and damage occurs, you will be liable for any damage and repair costs in full, plus the cost to repackage the item.
  2. If you are returning your product(s) for an exchange, we will ONLY collect goods if it/they is/are in its/their original packaging. If the products(s) is/are not in a box or suitable packaging and damage occurs, you will not be able to exchange your product(s) and they will be sent back to you. You will also be charged an additional repacking fee in order for us to send them back
  3. If you are returning goods for whatever reason and you ask us to collect under the pretence they/it is in the original packaging, you will be liable for any damage and any additional postage costs incurred
  4. The maximum single package we can collect is; if you falsely ask us to collect an item outside this, you will be responsible for 100% of the additional postage charges
    1. 70kg
    2. Less than 270cm in length
    3. Less than total combined dimension of 400cm .[Length and Girth Combined > Girth = (2 x Width) + (2 x Height)]
  1. If you no longer have your original packaging, it is your responsibly to ensure the item arrives back to us exactly as it was sent, failure to properly package could cost you extra, or even void your return/refund/exchange. If you have to arrange your own courier within the 30 day money back guarantee, we will cover up to £25 of the cost for you to send the items back.
  2. If you have sent your item back as it is not in the original packaging, you are also responsible for insuring your item, it’ll be your responsibility to make a claim against the courier for lost or damaged items.

 

 

Returning Goods - Warranty:

  1. We will only collect items in their original packaging, if you do not have original packaging, you will have to arrange your own courier to send the items in. If you are within 6 months, we will cover up to £25 of the cost for you to send the items.
  2. If you are returning your product(s) for a repair under warranty, we will ONLY collect goods if it/they is/are in its/their original packaging. If the products(s) is/are not in a box or suitable packaging and damage occurs we will ONLY repair what was reported prior to sending, any damage incurred during delivery due to improper packaging will be your responsibility to repair. You will also be charged a repackaging fee for us to resend the goods back to you
  3. If you are returning your product(s) for a refund under warranty, we will ONLY collect goods if it/they is/are in its/their original packaging. If the products(s) is/are not in a box or suitable packaging and damage occurs we will you will be liable for any damage and repair costs in full, plus the cost to repackage the item.
  4. If you are returning goods for whatever reason and you ask us to collect under the pretence they/it is in the original packaging, you will be liable for any damage and any additional postage costs incurred

  1. We will only collect an item if it is in its original packaging unless agreed beforehand
  2. The maximum single package we can collect is;

  • Less than total combined dimension of 400cm .[Length and Girth Combined > Girth = (2 x Width) + (2 x Height)]
  1. Failure to comply will result in additional charges
  2. You will be required to send a photo of the items packaged BEFORE they are collected, failure to do so will void any claim of lost items
