All you need to know about receiving your goods

We want Khyam Tents and Awnings to be available to all no matter where you are. So we provide affordable, convenient and quick worldwide delivery.

We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible and usually orders would be sent out very quickly, there may however be occasions - such as during large sales where there is a delay in processing orders.

Please note that we are trialling a 4 day working week, we are now closed on Fridays. Orders however will still be dealt with as normal Mon-Fri, and chat enquiries will still be dealt with on Fridays, however there maybe longer delays in chat waiting times.

 

UK Free Delivery

Mainland UK Orders over £300, qualify for free shipping.

Orders are usually processed within 2-3 Working Days, and sent on a Next Working Day Service (UPS is our chosen carrier for the majority of UK Orders)

All items will be sent on a tracked, signature required service, so please ensure that someone is available at your chosen delivery address.

We will email your tracking details as soon as your order has been processed, and the items will usually be delivered the Next Working Day from getting the tracking email.

Please note that we will always aim to process orders as quickly as possible, however once the order is with the courier we are not able to give a guarantee on delivery times.

UK Standard Delivery

Mainland UK Orders that don't meet the £300 to qualify for Free Delivery are charged as standard delivery.

Orders are usually processed within 2-3 Working Days, and sent on a Next Working Day Service (UPS is our chosen carrier for the majority of UK Orders)

All items will be sent on a tracked, signature required service, so please ensure that someone is available at your chosen delivery address.

We will email your tracking details as soon as your order has been processed, and the items will usually be delivered the Next Working Day from getting the tracking email.

UK Priority Delivery

Need your order urgently?

Orders are usually processed within 1-2 Working Days, and sent on a Next Working Day Service (UPS is our chosen carrier for the majority of UK Orders)

All items will be sent on a tracked, signature required service, so please ensure that someone is available at your chosen delivery address.

We will email your tracking details as soon as your order has been processed, and the items will usually be delivered the Next Working Day from getting the tracking email.

International Delivery
Sent on a trackable service with various couriers. We retrieve quotes from different couriers to be sure we are providing the quickest and most affordable service for our customer. You will be notified of the courier once your order is dispatched along with a tracking number. Generally, international deliveries are completed between 3 and 7 working days depending upon your location. For a more specific time frame please contact us. 

Please note that your order may be subject to Import Duty/Customs charges depending on your location. (non UK customers)

Terms and Conditions
Orders will require a signature upon delivery and our couriers are unable to leave the order in a safe place or with a neighbour. Delivery will be attempted up to 3 times and if this is unsuccessful, the items are either:
  1. Returned to us. At which point you will be subject to paying another delivery fee. Or;
  2. Returned to your local depot for collection by yourself. Details of which can be found via your tracking link and on the card posted through your door.

Due to this, we urge you provide a delivery address whereby someone will definitely be available to receive the items. We are able to delay your delivery if necessary; please contact us immediately to arrange this.

No orders are processed or delivered on Bank Holidays, or weekends
