As Mental Health Awareness Week approaches with its theme "Movement: Moving more for our mental health," we want to highlight the profound benefits of camping, especially when accompanied by a trusty Khyam tent.

For those that suffer from vitamin D deficiency it's a great excuse to stay outside for extended periods of time in order to get what you need. If you happen to stumble across flower fields there are also added benefits of aromatherapy that can be applied passively.

Walking is a low intensity kind of exercise, that doesn't always feel like effort when your mind is distracted by the wonderful scenery and new places. Our favourite kind of hike is in the woods or up mountains, but don't let that dissuade you from exploring urban areas that can expose you to delicious local food and tourist areas.

Our smaller tents are great for people who want a quick weekend away with a overnight stay in a remote location (as a couple with a furry pal or as a solo hiker).

For those that enjoy more glamping-style experiences we have our larger 6-8 man tents and lavatory/toilet style tents, giving you the privacy you need whilst away.
